Importing reviews from Shopify Product Reviews app
Shopify announced that the Product Reviews app by Shopify will stop working on May 6th, 2024.
If you are looking to migrate from Shopify's product reviews app, we can import the reviews that are exported from Shopify's app. Here is how you can import them in TrustReviews app:
Export the reviews from Product Reviews app by Shopify.
In TrustReviews app go to Import Reviews section.
Click on "Import from apps"
Select Shopify from the dropdown.
Drag and drop or upload the CSV file that you exported from Shopify Product Reviews app.
