How to send a review edit request to the customer?

In the TrustReviews Shopify app, merchants have the option to invite customers to edit their reviews. This can be particularly useful if the initial review contains errors or if the customer's experience has changed.

1: Log in to your Shopify account.

2: Navigate "TrustReviews > Manage Reviews".

3: Locate the Review to be Edited:

4: Click on "Request Customer to Update Review".

5: Customize the Request: You can customize the request message to make it personal and relevant. Explain why you are requesting an edit and how the customer can revise their review.

6: Review Submission: Once the request is sent, the customer will receive an email with a link to edit their review. They can update their text and submit the revised review.
