You can send product review requests on WhatsApp to your customers. This is a good way to collect reviews. We have added integration with CartHike app.

Here are the easy-to-follow instructions on how you can set it up:

1- Install CartHike app if you haven't already installed on your store.

2- Click Automation and then integrations on the top right.

1- Click TrustReviews in the integration page
2- Enable Automation
3- Enter your WhatsApp support phone number
4- Select review request timing it has two options "day after order created", "day after order fulfilled"
5- Select the language you want to send the template to
