Trust Subscription makes it simple to set up subscriptions for your store. Here’s a quick guide to get you started:

Step 1: Create a Subscription Plan

  • First, go to the "Subscription Plan" section.

  • Click on the "Create your first subscription plan" button.

Step 2: Customize Your Subscription Plan

Once you click on that button, you’ll be taken to a page with several options. Don’t worry, I’ll walk you through each of them:

  1. Plan Group Name: This is where you name your subscription plan. Choose a name that fits the products or service you're offering under subscription.

  2. Add Product: Use this button to add the product(s) that will be part of the subscription. For example, if you want to offer a monthly subscription for a protein shake, select that product here.

  3. Frequency Plan Name: This is the name that will appear on the product page for your customers. Many merchants choose something like "Subscribe and Save," but you can name it however you like to match your brand.

  4. Plan Type: You can choose between 3 types of subscription plans:

    • Pay as you go: Customers are charged every time an order is fulfilled.

    • Prepaid: Customers pay upfront for a set number of orders (e.g., 6 months of deliveries).

    • Advance: Customers are billed in advance for their orders, but the frequency of deliveries is flexible.

  5. Minimum Number of Orders: This lets you set a required number of orders before a customer can cancel their subscription. For instance, if you set it to "3," the customer must receive at least 3 deliveries before canceling.

  6. Order Frequency & Schedule:

    • Order Frequency: Decide how often you want the customer to receive their subscription. For example, if you choose "1", it means they will receive an order every scheduled period.

    • Schedule: Choose how often the orders are sent—this can be set to daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly. For example, if you set Order Frequency to "1" and Schedule to "Month," you are offering a monthly subscription.

  7. Maximum Number of Orders: This limits how many times a customer can receive a subscription. For example, if you set it to "10," their subscription will automatically expire after the 10th order.

What Else Should You Know?

  • Easy Plan Management: Once a subscription plan is set up, you can easily manage it by editing the details or adjusting the frequency based on customer feedback.

  • Flexible Cancellation Options: Allow customers to pause or cancel their subscriptions based on your set minimum and maximum order rules, giving them more control while reducing churn.

  • Boost Sales: Subscription plans not only make shopping convenient for customers but also increase customer loyalty and recurring revenue for your store.

By following these steps, you can offer customers flexible and attractive subscription options, which will enhance their shopping experience and increase your store’s revenue!
